Best Fat Burning Aerobic Exercises
1. Hindu Squats
If you want to do an easy workout, then avoid these. These will have you panting for air… big time. Here’s how you do them. Just squat up and down as fast as possible. Two key things to remember… keep your back as straight as possible and touch or swipe your finger tips on the floor during each repetition. By touching your finger tips to the floor you know you aren’t cheating the movement and you’re going down all the way.
2. Hula Hoop
The hula hoop will be the rage among the weight loss community in a year. It’s awesome for toning the waist and hips and just an all-around good fat burning exercise. Just get a hula hoop and twirl it around your waist for 5-15 minutes everyday. It’s not as easy as you think it is.
3. Jumping on a mini-trampoline
If you’ve read any of my articles, you probably have seen me mention this exercise. That’s because it’s my favorite and perhaps the best cardio exercise you can possibly do. You barely even need to jump on it to get a good workout. A lot of times my toes don’t even leave the cushion… instead my heels sway back and forth. I do these during tv commercials which allows me to get in 22 minutes of cardio during a 1 hour tv show. I don’t like blocking out time just to workout, so this works out great for me. Try it.
