Abdomen Aerobics Exercises
1. Jumping on a mini-trampoline
This is a favorite of mine. I go nuts jumping on the mini-trampoline. You know why? Because I can do it without even having to block off 30-60 minutes of my time to workout. Wondering how I do that?
Well, I jump on it during tv commercials. Hey, we all watch tv… even those of us who lie and say they’re too busy. Sure you are, uh huh, we believe you.
Each 1 hour tv show usually has about 22 minutes of commercials. Use this time to jump on the mini-trampoline. In just 1 hour, you can get 22 minutes of cardio in addition to watching your favorite tv shows. Because you are only doing this for 2 minutes at a time and resting for 5-8 minutes, you’re fresh.
So if you’re feeling ambitious, do this for 2 tv programs. I do this and I sleep really good at night.
2. Spinning around in a circle like a child
This is a revolutionary exercise. It allows the Endocrine System to better regulate and balance your hormonal output each day. By doing this, your body is in almost a perfect condition to lose weight rapidly. All you do is spin around 5-15 times, clockwise and with your arms out like airplane wings, until you’re slightly dizzy.
